Our standard service for cloth diaper delivery and laundry service is $24.50 per week. Each additional child will be an additional $18.50 per week. This service includes washing, sanitizing and delivery of clean cotton diapers to your door each week. Their is a one time non refundable setup fee of $45.00. Our service is billed every four weeks in advance. We require a 2 weeks notice on all cancellations. All pre- payments are non refundable. Let us know if you want to add us to your baby registry.
One Time Non-Refundable Setup Fee of $45.00
Weekly Starter Package is $24.50. 84 for newborns, 74 for infants and 63 for toddlers
Part time service is $18.50 per week 42 for infants/newborns, 37 for infants and 32 for toddlers.
Diaper Cover Rental $9.00 per week 9 covers per week.
Solo Diaper Wash is $5.00 per week. This is where you will keep the same diapers in your rotation, they will not be washed with any other diapers for the life of your service.
Diaper service is taxable in the State of FL at a tax rate of 6.5%
In the event you forget to leave your dirty diapers out for delivery, we will leave clean diapers 1 time for a $ 15.00 service fee. We will pick up the dirties on your next visit. We will be unable to deliver diapers in the event they are forgotten 2 weeks in a row. You will need to call the office so we can schedule a new one time only special delivery and pickup. Their will be a service fee for this special delivery of $20.00 added to your monthly service.

Service Changes
If at any time you need make any changes in your service we will need one weeks notice to ensure we can make the changes at your next delivery date. Changes can be made by email, text or phone or attach a note to the outside of your dirty diaper container.
Moving or going on vacation we require a two weeks notice. (We will not charge you your weekly fee for up to 2 weeks) Any Vacations lasting longer will be a weekly of $10.00 holding fee (So y our diapers stay in rotation) If your going on vacation and you want to take the diapers please call so we will discuss this.
All cloth diapers, diaper cover rentals, doublers, cloth wash rags, diaper pail liners are the exclusive property of Happy Baby Cloth Diaper Service. All rental products are to be returned to Happy Baby Diaper Service on your final diaper delivery date.
Missed Deliveries: We understand that being a parent is busy work and things get forgotten. However it is imperative that you have your diapers out for pick-up early morning or early evening on your designated delivery day. We do offer text reminders for all customers to make sure deliveries aren’t missed. We forgive the 1st missed delivery as an “Oops! I’ve got a new baby at home;” however with every subsequent missed delivery there will be an additional $20 charge for each missed delivery.
